Refund policy
- Healing Stone Enterprise operates in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of VIC. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
- Refund of faulty items are only approved within 7 days of purchase. You will need to cover the cost of return postage in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method and this amount will not be refunded to you.
- Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.
- If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
